Where to go: Roman ruins; Villa Verde for a lux-rustic dining and celeb sightings; and the breathtaking geological marvel that is the Blue Grotto.

What to buy: Made-to-order sandals by Antonio Viva; olive oil by the cases; and Capri pants, natch, at the original boutique where Audrey Hepburn got hers: La Parisienne.
